I called these guys because I spent time at gwuh Hospital in dc. I had multiple injuries. severe brain damage or SAH and I had surgery on my hips. They put a siren in my room for my hips neglecting my severe brain damage. These guys told me I don’t have a case. I left the hospital because the vmat machine was too loud and bothering me badly. Hospital staff did not care. They were expecting me to die because of my brain injury yet they placed a siren type machine in my room. Make it make sense. oh and everything I was complaining about was documented in my medical records and I have my medical records

Don’t waste your time. Their office will only tell you how much it’s going to cost them, gaslight you, and not take your case.

Kept me in physical therapy and led on for months dragged out. Had so much faith in them. Continued having regular follow up calls with my case manager, Doug who was litigating the case due to idn what because nothing made sense. However, unacceptable how my auto accident case ended and was closed without any explanation. I was rear ended badly and was assured it would end okay. It ended horrifically and then I call to simply find out form my assigned attorney throughout the process 2 weeks ago now and still not a single call back, no words no explanation in the letter stating my case was being closed and no longer handled. Never heard or dealt with anything so chaotic and sloppy before. Shame I didn’t just go with my gut and hire my dear friend who is an injury attorney. Super frustrated with all of this. Just read all of the other reviews and sad to see and hear it seems like a common issue and that they aren’t as solid as they used to be handling matters. Isn’t the law if you get rear ended it’s not your fault and a case will be handled. My case was made and was assured to be handled in my favor. Even if it never was, give a human a decent answer don’t stop replying or answering phone lines abruptly it’s awful. This place is going to go down hill from what it seems.
