Met with Bobby Rutter after a fire destroyed my home. I can’t recommend him and his services enough. He’s a huge source of information on the insurance industry and how things work. He was able to tell me what to expect, and used his extensive experience to help guide me through the muddy waters of insurance claims and negotiations. After a massive fire, the insurance companies leave the homeowner in limbo while they decide what they will and won’t cover. He helped educate me on the process and was able to reassure me after such a terrible event. He went far above and beyond what he needed to, and he made the whole process of insurance claims/negotiations much easier. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.
