I’m not sure about the ability of the law firm as I never got a response from anyone after contacting them TWICE through their online CHAT. Each operator was pleasant and efficient and assured me that ‘the person best qualified to discuss my situation would be in contact with me ASAP”;. I first contacted them last Wed and then again on Friday.Tomorrow wiIl be Tuesday and still no call or email. If they are so busy that ASAP is almost a week, I think is time for me to look elsewhere for my legal needs.
