This firm came highly recommended from a law school friend of mine who is a PI attorney, but for the “other side.” When he referred me to this firm, he told me if he had been in an accident this is the firm he would want to represent him. At that point I was sold. Now having worked with them, in particular Robert Igleheart, I can now understand why. I initially thought going my case was a slam dunk. As an attorney myself, I should’ve known better�.Murphy’s law and all. And let me tell you, over the next 2+ years what could go wrong as far as the ridiculous positions the other side would take, did go wrong. But no matter what was thrown our way, it proved to be no match against Mr. Igleheart’s competence and zealous advocacy. He was always thinking three steps ahead of the other side, which proved to be crucial. Every proposal and counter-proposal was discussed with me in depth to ensure I understood everything fully. Mr. Igleheart would regularly check-in to see how I was doing and how my medical treatments were going, to update me as to the status of things, and what the next steps would be. I never felt nervous or unsure about any of the decisions made because I knew the positions we were taking were supported by the law and facts of my case, which is another thing I really appreciated about Rouda, Feder, Tietjen, McGuinn, how ethically they operate. Through Mr. Igleheart persistence, we ultimately settled for full policy limits which I know would not have been possible had I had any other representation.
