I agree with the last week woman if it’s easy and you could have done it by yourself they might be able to help but if you need a real lawyer these are not the ones you want. During my hour hearing I couldn’t say anything and my lawyer asked one question. “If he has seizure three times a month isn’t that going to he hard to hold down a job?” That’s all he asked no statements no rebuttals to all the stuff they were saying. Than sends me a letter saying we lost and he is dropping me. He didn’t even find the discrepancy in my case so that I can reapply for Ssdi he said all you can do is apply for ssi. The social security customer device department found the discrepancy not my lawyer who I pay 20 percent to if I win. Not this Lawyer your just money to him not a person needing your real help.
If you have an easy case (one that probably doesn’t even require an attorney), I’m sure they can help you, otherwise you’re on your own. Don’t waste your time with these people.
We had a very positive experience with this law firm. Robert Clark was our attorney & he was very professional, eased all of our worries & was very quick to respond with answers to the many questions & phone calls we had. We are extremely pleased with the results & would highly reccomend him to anyone. Thank you Bob for everything! -John & Adrianne Fanaro
