Our Experience with The Rodriguez & Associates was superb. Ms. Chantal Trujillo who represented my husband. She always went above and beyond on everything that my husband needed during his case. She is a FANTASTIC Attorney & if your ever in need of an Amazing Attorney & Firm. They will never do you wrong they are honest, ethical & truly care about their clients. Never had any regret unlike with the first attorney’s we signed with. The regret started after being passed around from attorney to attorney with none wanting to do any work. I got records for them I got insurance information & most of the information taken to Rodriguez & Associates. But with this firm I never felt from day one that I would need to do the work myself. Or that my husband’s interest wasn’t #1 to them. He has severe PTSD & a Brain injury. So he requires special care on certain things & not one of the staff never hesitated to go out of their way to give him or help him in anyway they could. Been wanting to try this place. Now that I read the reviews having second thoughts. I had to leave a few lawyers because their receptionist or whoever you have to deal with first is rude, and not caring people. Some of the best law firms hire people and don’t know what the public is dealing with. If you are a hiring lawyer make sure you know what is going on with your office personnel. First impressions is a big deal
