You can be greedy. You can be incompetent. But you can’t be both. Well, unless you are the Robinson & Henry Law Firm. $32,000 stolen and a pending grieve against this firm later, please don’t make the same mistake and hire this firm, especially NOT Savannah Fox, a “criminal defense” attorney. I am writing this review after hearing details from my colleague about the horrors of her son’s case, and seeing the undisputable documentation with my own eyes.

In court, the Douglas County magistrate AND the D.A. actually snickered at Savannah (yes, they openly laughed at her!) due to her fumbling embarrassing performance (she couldn’t even INTRODUCE herself properly to the magistrate—feel free to check the transcripts yourself). Savannah was so unprepared and incompetent, the magistrate actually got visibly and verbally angry with her. Savannah was so uncomfortable she told the magistrate she wanted to withdrawal from the case, then immediately changed her mind and said she would continue to represent her client, however she rarely responded to emails or phone calls, then accused the client not communicating. Ask me for receipts for this claim—they can’t deny it. Even worse, she egregiously failed to communicate an offer from the D.A. to her client (a minor) which would have prevented him from a prolonged stay in a group home, where he unfortunately faced several serious incidents.

The client’s court date had to be postponed by weeks because “she was going to be on vacation”, but this self-proclaimed high school debate star is the literal laughingstock of the court and can’t be bothered to advocate for her client. Keep in mind this youth was NEVER REMOVED FROM HIS FAMILY FOR NEGLECT OR ABUSE, but for verbally expressing his first amendment right regarding a principal, smoking weed, cursing (seriously). Any third rate lawyer would have beaten this case by miles, but she STILL couldn’t get him back home to his family.

After raising concerns with her superior, Ryan Robinson, the client was assured that the firm adheres to a 24-hour response policy. However, this policy was not upheld, and no meaningful resolution was offered. Savannah was allowed to continually ignore the client and botch the case with no oversight from the firm.

After seeking a second opinion about her behavior and performance and the case in general, an outside attorney recommended to grieve the firm because of all their unethical and incompetent blunders. Not sure if Savannah was a sympathy hire or if the firm wanted to add “criminal defense” to their list of options, but she is definitely not a competent attorney.

RUN if anyone recommends Robinson & Henry or Savannah Fox. Think I’m exaggerating or you’re not hearing the full story? Embarrassing and lesson learned.

UPDATE: The firm fired Savannah. However, they kept all the money and did not provide any refund or resolution apart from offering to give my colleague the case files. So there you have it. Robinson & Henry hired an incompetent attorney, allowed her to be negligent and grossly incompetent, eventually fired the attorney, but kept the $32,000 without batting an eye and without providing any meaningful legal support, and went on their merry way. They didn’t even offer to refund the retainer fee, let alone the tens of thousands of dollars spent for absolutely nothing. A grievance is on its way for this firm’s abhorrent and unethical misconduct.

My consultation at Robinson & Henry was very informative, and handled in a very professional manner �. I would definitely recommend reaching out to this firm for any future legal consultation and/or representation needs.

I would give this zero star reviews if I could. This firm is all about money, collecting your money, billing for work they are not going to win (because why would they tell you you have zero chances when they can take your money instead?), they assign you green attorneys (mine told me it was her first time in court, when we were in court!), and last, but not least, ZERO communication throughout the process. Funny enough, their communication is on point when it comes to money collection. Overall just AWFUL experience.
