Not long ago my family was in a position we were entirely unfamiliar with. We were in need of an attorney and did not know where to turn. We were recommended to Robert Peirce & Associates and specifically to Scott Simon. Scott was a compassionate, professional and extremely skilled attorney who helped navigate us through a very difficult time. Both he and his staff were wonderful through the entire process and kept us updated throughout. Scott was the consummate professional in both the negotiating and evidence building processes and was able to secure a fair resolution that allowed us some degree of closure from a dark time in our lives.
