as a physician and an educated guy I would say having dealt with floors before these guys are at the bottom of the barrel. They lied to me to get me to become a client. I had a very severe injury almost losing both legs in a commercial building accident. Before I hired them I said I want to guarantee that you’ll go to court on this. It’s a difficult case to prove product liability is, but nonetheless the injuries are so severe that in a deposition and a court case I would win. This is Zachary Huffman character who is an attorney there and I have him on tape saying this prior to hiring him and prior to hiring Richard Harris law firm that they will not take the case unless they were prepared to go to court and will go to court based on my request to do so on a contingency basis. They lied. Months and months went by without them having even visited the location where I was injured. After six months it finally dawned on me that they’re not going to spend any money on the case. It’s a contingency firm so they’re not going to hire experts and when I finally pinned him down and asked him questions that a defense attorney would ask him instead of giving me an intelligence answer he remarked that “you sound like a defense attorney” which is an idiotic thing for an attorney to say because these questions have to be answered. He couldn’t do it

A couple more months went by and again nothing they hadn’t done anything except make a couple of phone calls to the defense attorneys whom stated there are unwilling to settle. At this point they changed hats and stated that “well, I really can’t guarantee will take the case even though they had already taken it for six months, I can’t guarantee that will go to court” which conflicts with what he said and I have them on tape saying it. This is the kind of case that would’ve had with been taken to deposition in court because product liability would require huge amounts of money to examine and evaluated faulty piece of equipment and they are unwilling and are unwilling and were unwilling to spend a single penny doing so.

Anyway the point is it’s a bad outfit. They strung me along for six months, then the guy that said he would absolutely go to court backtracks and says that the litigator said that they’re not going to go to court so he lied to me. He lied to be able to get me to become a client thinking that a few phone calls would end up settling the case when in actuality that’s as far as they were ever willing to go. This is a firm that doesn’t want to spend a single penny out of their pocket to do any detective work so to speak. So what you get from them is to take your case and all that will happen over the next six months or year is two or three phone calls to the defense attorney begging them to settle. If they say no you’re screwed because that’s as far as Bill take it and that’s as far as they took it in my case. They did nothing to build a case in other words so their lousy attorneys their lazy and I would consider them obviously not reputable for having lied from the get go. Since these sites are meant to review businesses I would say you are taking a big chance with these guys. If what they did to me is any indication of what the duty you this gives you a good heads-up about this outfit. I would avoid them at all costs
