From the moment, I called the office after I was rear ended⮉ have been nothing but impressed. I came in for my appointment and everyone has been great. I loved that in John remmel’s main photo, he wasn’t wearing a suit. Made me feel like I was talking to a friend or colleague. Never pushy and told me what to expect. I have always had a great experience and am so grateful for that! He settled my case for more than what I expected. I never paid a dime out of my own pocket. Truly felt like a family! I hope to never use them again for reasons like this involving a car accident, but if I ever have to, he will be my go to!

I’m very satisfied the office is very nice and professional. They answer and return calls in good time, they did a great job and always updated me. Very good and Vanessa is great.
