Mr. Smith handled my divorce and I was very impressed; not only with results but also the process. He was always quick to call back when I had questions or additional information. He explained the process clearly and honestly. I really appreciated not being patronized and feeling like my divorce would be a long drawn out process. Once he got all the paperwork back, the divorce was done and over: what a relief!

The lady who answer the phone was nice but this is the rudest lawyer I have ever met in my life. Don’t use this firm!

I can’t speak about his other services, but don’t bring your business to him if you have a traffic violation. First of all, he was very rude when I spoke to him on the phone, but more importantly he is scamming people. He told me for $300 he would represent me, but I would still have to pay the court costs ($178) and take defensive driving through the court. Well before I started calling around looking for attorneys I looked up my ticket on Alabama’s traffic website and you can request to have it resolved, pay the court costs, and just take defensive driving. Essentially, Reginald was going to charge me $300 for something that I can easily do on my own. When I mentioned this to him he got very defensive and said things like “you want me to represent you for free then?” “Do you want my help or do you want to do it yourself”. When I told him that I would do it myself (because it would cost $300 less) he said “then why are you calling me?” And promptly hung up⮮
