I am very grateful to have Noah Goodman on my side! He advocated for my rights in a complex case. Noah was knowledgeable, kind, and diligent in his pursuit of justice and accountability. Noah’s compassion for my position and his understanding and ability to communicate issues validated my feelings and gave me a sense of calm during a difficult time. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.
My family and I were (and still are) so grateful for this law firm, and especially Tim Lawn. Tim Lawn represented my family in a very challenging medical malpractice case that took years to settle. We had to go through documents, appointments, prescriptions, testimonies, depositions, expert testimonies, etc, not to mention we were up against 5 lawyers for the hospitals and doctors. But Tim and his team were there to help us every step of the way. He made us feel comfortable with the whole process. He really went out of his way to get to know us and advocate for us, especially for my adult special needs brother. Tim’s office was over an hour away from our home but he still made time to come to our home! My only regret is that I didn’t make him dinner. I can’t express enough gratitude for what he did for our family in our time of need. Definitely recommend this law firm.
Chuck Heymeyer changed my life and that of my son. Misdiagnosed at birth, Chuck was instrumental in finding the medical professionals to properly diagnose and treat the disease that had alluded us for six years. Chuck was not only an advocate for my affected son, but for the entire family, including myself and my eldest son. I will never forget Chuck, nor his incredible skill, empathy and kindness.
