This firm is horrible , don’t go to them . They are a fly by night firm who just wants quick turnarounds , they don’t care about your injuries , your pain or your loss . They’re negligent in representing you at your hearings , they don’t present all your medical bills or documents for your loss or investments . You never deal with the same lawyer in the firm , you’re passed through so many hands and one attorney doesn’t know what the attorney before them did on your claim . They don’t get the policies of big companies like Uber to fight your claim properly , because they want a quick settlement . And they accept settlements against your wishes and force you to sign them . Don’t walk , run from this firm as fast as you can even if you have a fractured ankle or dislocated disc in your back . And if your injuries stop you from walking , make you take a huge financial investment loss or destroy your entire family structure . Get a wheelchair and roll away from them as fast as possible . Spear Greenfield Law Firm is as fake as the commercial on television and as fake as the toupee on Rand Spear head . I Fired Them . Real Talk
I highly recommend you go else where, preferably a smaller firm. Not sure if they take on too many clients and bite more than they can chew but they do not return calls. I have luckily gotten ahold of them no more than 4-5 times within a 12 month span. They say theyll get back to you but its crickets. I got rear ended so they dont even have to do anything besides collect money. Its an easy case. How they are still in business is beyond me. Im at the very least going to make a few calls after this to see what other firms advise.
They are not capable of winning the case. They took 5 years to bring a slip and fall case to trial, to no avail. They change attorneys on your case like a revolving door or switching classes at a high school. You never know who you’re talking to. There is no correspondence or very communication, unless you keep calling them. I’m a member of a church with more than 20,000 adults members and I wouldn’t recommend this law firm for a case involving an animal let alone a person.
