I hired this firm for my workers’ compensation case and was disappointed by the lack of clear communication and follow-through. Basic questions often went unanswered for long periods, and I found myself having to chase updates constantly. It felt like I was managing the case on my own.
Near the end of my claim, it was not my attorney but an AI assistant that identified a benefit I was entitled to — one that had been completely overlooked. When I brought this up, rather than acknowledging the mistake or offering an apology, I was met with defensiveness and condescension from both my lawyer and her supervisor. I was even told I should be “grateful” despite the error.
The bare minimum was achieved — congratulations. And I wouldn’t be surprised if this review gets removed as well. I’m not sure why this firm seems so determined to silence honest feedback when they know full well it reflects a genuine experience.
To make matters worse, I later received a letter from the firm that felt less like professional correspondence and more like a personal attack. It came across as a reaction to my efforts to share my experience publicly.
In my opinion, this firm relies heavily on name recognition but lacks the proactive communication, attention to detail, and advocacy that clients deserve. If you’re looking for accountability and real support, I suggest exploring other firms.
Bryce Brewer represented me in my case. He didn’t even get 10% of what he stated he would. And during the mediation, both Bryce and the mediator verbally attacked me and were rude and hateful. I was the one that was hit by the 18 wheeler yet I was persecuted by them both!! I would NEVER recommend him
If you ever find yourself in need of legal service, I would highly recommend this company for several reasons. From the first call to the last, B. Stuart was compassionate, courteous and committed to doing her best for my case. She was honest about timelines and the probable outcomes. Her commitment to her profession made this process so much easier and understandable then if I had to do it on my own.
