James (Jamie) did an exceptional job at making sure we kept moving forward with this issue. He never once stopped working to make sure that I was informed the entire time. He took his time explaining every procedure and why we were doing them and if I had questions, he stopped and took his time making sure I understood what was going on. He was very professional, informative, and made sure that we settled this issue to my liking. James is a great advocate and attorney. If you need an attorney, I suggest you meet with James and let him handle your case.

Using the services of an attorney can be stressful and confusing. Along with dealing with the life situation(s) that brought you to an attorney. I have had the liberty of working with Attorney Coughenour from Rainboth, Murphy & Lown, P.A.. He has been clear and concise the entire way through the process. He ensures you understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what to expect in the near and far future. All my communications with him and normally April from the office have been great. No one is hard to get ahold of and if they are tied up then they get back to in timely manner, no waiting days on end. Highly recommended!!

Ineffective. My experience with Ken Murphy is not a good one. Mr. Murphy was engaged in August 2022 and did not produce until late November. It was a half page “demand letter “ that had no return receipt, no respond date, and was never acknowledged as received. I found out in January 2023. Mr. Murphy then wrote me an email stating he “could not represent me due to communication issues.” An honorable man would refund all fees for lack of performance after his resignation.
