Can’t say enough good enough things for a real estate closing. The team is efficient very experienced , everyone is kind to my customers. Very easy breezy wonderful closing. It is a pleasure working with them.

If you have Sandra Mitterling Schilder representing you RUN. She believes she’s privileged and speaks to customers in a rude and condescending manner. Trust me when I say RUN. She’s not professional and inconsiderate. She has no interpersonal skills whatsoever. Thinks highly of herself to let you know being rude is part of the culture at Ragsdale and Liggett. I’m really not sure how she became partner with that firm but thinking about it makes my knee caps hurt. Look on their website for attorneys. A bunch of pasty mayonnaise looking group. No diversity or cultural competence. Fire her ASAP! Misrepresenting this firm with that fake facade. Go to a reliable firm for your services. This one is not it especially for the price.

Good people work at this location and I have used their services a couple of times. I would recommend this company.
