Poor communication, don’t return calls, and case drags on forever due to dropping ball on important issues. Get different voicemail every time I call and lucky to get a call back in a week. Better off with personal lawyer. You are just a number with these people. In 18 months they’ve had my case, only spoke to a real lawyer once. No compensation at all. Run from this company. 21 months later and still no results, they called me to schedule an appointment with lawyer on the phone, lawyer never bothered to call, stated system issues. Poor excuse, Hired after calling Larry Parker advertisement that said, WE WILL FIGHT FOR YOU, that is a big joke, nobody fights for you or cares, This office should be closed down and not allowed to work on workers comp cases, you will do nothing but suffer and wait while these incompetent people do nothing to fight for you or help.

The lawyer David Arburn is extremely good lawyer who is always on top of your case and always available to talk to. I was his client. He fought out a big settlement for me and him. He is professional, kind and, again, extremely successful lawyer in terms of settlement. He will fight for you and get you much money, that you will be rich. That’s what happened to me having him as my lawyer. So I highly recommend him. Once you contact PLBSH office, there is a rude case worker who does the initial consultation with you. Ignore him and his rudeness and just insist that you want your case be assigned to the lawyer David Arburn only and he (David Arburn) will do a miracle with your case.
