Mr. Pierson is dishonest, charges hours for work he never did and then gives his client an outrageous unsubstantiated invoice that he knows they can’t pay. He then proceeds to barter to try to take property and/or services in exchange for monies he claims you owe. He is rude, often cutting you off because he doesn’t care what you have to say. He makes decisions without consulting his client first and does not keep his clients apprised regarding details in their case. He violates attorney-client privileged communication by speaking to third parties and providing details regarding your case to others. Hopefully, this info will help keep another victim at bay!

Me Pierson is fair and knowledgeable. He had handled several things for me. I have been very happy with the outcome. He is busy though. Better make an appointment.
