I was involved in a bad accident that left my car destroyed and medical bills piling up. They were extremely up front and responsive, very thorough and even covered a portion of my medical expenses until my settlement was agreed upon, so as to not get me sent to collections. My case manager Elizabeth Montalvo was very professional and even though my settlement took a long time, she constantly updated me with information and insight about the latest developments between negotiation and final acceptance.
