He mailed me a retainer agreement on yellow paper I never sent it back nor did I send the answers to my inttorogatories! That’s why one day before my deposition. They had to call me to get answers to my interrogatory questions. This man forged my signature on two retainers and I am going to the state board report him. He sent me a retainer in the mail, I never signed anything digitally. The only thing I signed digitally Was for the loan I took ! After May 4, 2023 accident the only way he would get the loan approved for $1900 is if I signed the retainer to retain him for my May 4, 2023 accident that would be fine so he said that to me, I guess via email the signature is correct but the retainer is not that is not what the retainer said he is a liar ! he sent me underinsured motorist check from my car insurance and post dated it! I got a call from the bookkeeper he said is there anyway you can just hold onto it for three weeks before you put it into your bank account? I said yes but my point is why would I have to do that? There should not be no post check sent to me, his books need to be opened up and I’m gonna get them opened up if it’s the last thing I do on this earth
