*Beware of this attorney. I had to take over mediation myself and assert my rights and the monetary amount I would settle for because he was doing a lame job negotiating and would have settled for thousands less. He also gives very bad advice. If your employer offers you light duty in case of an injury take it or you will never be able to work for that employer again! Petruccelli told me not to take the offer of light duty and consequently, I will never be able to work for my previous employer. He was simply not worth hiring and a big mistake. I anticipate reporting him to the Florida Bar for lying to me and trying to deceive me into signing a unfavorable Settlement Agreement by lying and stating to me that opposing counsel can cut a check the same day of the hearing. Even the Worker’s Compensation Judge said that was not possible. In my opinion, he will say and do anything as in my case just to make what has become to him routine money from injured workers who have become in my opinion his Cash cows.
