I broke my hip 2+ years ago when we had all of that horrible ice storm. I don’t mind that he didn’t want to take the case, but he was very dismissive and abrupt. He told me that we had a rough winter and everybody has problems. Meanwhile this was an event that changed my entire life for the worst. A simple polite no would have been sufficient. Instead I wound up feeling chastised for asking about my case
