Brittanylee Penberthy was the Amherst Town Prosecutor that originally prosecuted a totally corrupt violation case against me in Amherst. The case was obviously just about harassing me as long as the town could and she should have seen the signs of it and decided not to prosecute it. There was no investigation done by the now FBI arrested detective Gregory Trotter that was assigned to the case. The police report was withheld for over 2 months. The police lied on their police report and never even read me any Myranda rights when they took me to jail for the violation charge. I don’t even know if that is legal in NY. Officer Noe needed to lie because all they had was a statement from a person with a history of fake welfare calls. The chief responded to my body cam FOIL request by saying there was none available. Naturally he had to say that because it would have showed the crimes the cops committed. The detective and MJ Peterson would not obtain exculpatory MJ Peterson security camera video that would have saved me from over a year and a half of torture by the Amherst Police. I’m glad to see she got out of that job especially for a corrupt town like Amherst. Maybe that is why she left, because she couldn’t take the corruption. Hopefully that is the case because Dan at Auditing Erie County seems to like her. I wish she would talk to the state Attorney’s General’s Office or the FBI if she was aware of what the town was doing to me. A smart prosecutor should have recognized that this was a case just to harass me as long as they could and try to get me evicted from the MJ Peterson building i lived in for 18 years.
