My case is as follows; My trial is scheduled in December 02, 2025, in platte city County Court, MO.

A lawyer is withdrawing from my case. I was injured in a t-bone accident on 10/18/21 in Kansas City, MO.with a lower back injury and diagnosed with bulging discs and nerve damage.

I received treatment whit chiropractor, specialist and was recommended for surgery. The insurance made an initial offer of 50k before the lawsuit. at the first mediation the offer me the policy limits 250k. Medical bills 36k Surgery. 82k Lost earnings 50k, Future med. Bills 24k.

On February 07, 2025, the judge ordered mediation to be completed in 45 days.

But my current attorney said he can’t mediate the case because the defense is willing to mediate the case again assuming that the case has been already mediated and he won’t increase offer.I think mediation in mandatory in case.

Please I need your help to assist me in this case. Thanks

Horrible law firm. Very unhelpful. Sure took my money but wouldn’t help when the job I payed for wasn’t resolved as promised. Secretary was very rude and unhelpful. Do not use this dump.

Dude is a rip off. He ripped off my parents. Period.
