Paul Perkins won the case against my home owners insurance company for flooding damages. The company would not pay out the full extent of coverage when it was much needed. Much of my communications were through the paralegal, Janelle Lyons, and she was a pleasure to work with – always keeping me up to date via email and texts. Without this law firm on my side, I would have been another victimized home owner by the insurance industry, left with a flood-damaged home and not able to sell it in the condition that I bought it – not without going into debt to fix my house. Now, repairs are being made and I can’t wait to get my move-in-ready home on the market to sell, so I can move my family to our next stage in life.

ROOFING CO BEWARE!! gave Mr Perkins a slam dunk case for roof replacement. Sued the Carrier A year and a 1/2 later we get a check endorsed by nobody Still cannot build. Mr. Perkins got his money and is the only one to be paid so far this has been going on since may When they gave us the check His very argumentative assistant named Janelle Had to be told to no longer contact us. She kept sending emails Of topic. This is a very unprofessional law group. I would assume No matter what kind of claim Mr. Perkins and associates wouldn’t Have done anything differently. This is not the guy you want fighting for you and your for family business Etc.. Piss poor attorney. And for the record Mr Perkins was given an opportunity to call And rectify this matter But chose not to call in fact he has never returned a single phone call ever and there were many messages left. Do yourself a favor and call a real attorney.
