I want to first start off by saying I will forever recommend getting an attorney to help represent someone with an L&I claim. We fought with L&I for a total of 5 years and before we were represented by Palace Law L&I was going to close our case because my spouse was at maximum medical improvement. Ya right – there was no way that he was even close. Paula helped me navigate getting further testing, helped me fight with the Vocational person and ultimately helped my husband win a pension. If I can give someone just 1 piece of advice call Palace Law and fight because it would have been so easy to give up and say screw it we want our life back – or to say we will never win and just give up. Find that someone who will advocate for you and fight this system that fails so many. Patrick is the most upstanding lawyer I have ever met and ultimately decreased his fees which was a HUGE shock to us…. why because he knows people matter – and we truly felt like we were heard, we were valued and we were taken care of.
