To make a long story short. I hired this firm in December of 2019 for a car accident case in which I was hit by the street sweeper. The city worker was completely responsible for the incident. At first I had a woman who was handling my case. Then my case was passed to another person whose name I can not remember. After being passed around my case landed in the hands of Jae Shin in 2021. During this time we were experiencing Covid-19 shutdowns and so I understood things were and would be moving slowly. Between every one at this firm who has dealt with my case, none of them have the decency to keep me updated on the status of the case. We are now going on 4 years since my accident happened. The only time I get a case update is when I call the office to check in. Jae always says he will call, email, etc. unfortunately, I never hear from him. At this point I am feed up and now I plan to start looking into a law firm that will help me sue pacific liberty law for their negligence to me as a client. This firm doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
