I’m really confused about all these “good reviews” I’m sure some of them are FAKE. I had a poor experience with this law firm. I hired this law firm with my case since 2018 and as of 2023 I still did not receive any compensation. I have been back and forth with this law firm about updates and why can’t I receive compensation and they just blame it on the insurance company. I always have to call for updates. If I don’t reach out, no one from this law firm attempts to keep me updated. For years! I recently called this law firm to file a complaint, I was told someone would reach out to me. I request to speak to Overchuck himself! I still don’t have a response from this law firm. These people don’t care unless it’s a big case with a big payout. My experience with this law firm has been a NIGHTMARE! THIS IS LEGAL MALPRACTICE! This law firm has dragged my case out so many years, I doubt I can hire another attorney for my case! It’s been 5 YEARS! WITH NO COMPENSATION! I’m starting to think they did this to me on purpose! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM TO ANYONE! This law firm abandoned me�.
