I am beyond grateful to have been referred to Orr’s Law Office. My son was loaded with ridiculous charges which was wearing us all down. We reached out to several attorneys but no one felt like they cared about us or our situation. Until we met the incredible Alice. She heard us, truly HEARD us and had our backs from day one. Words just don’t seem to be enough when explaining the relief and peace of mind she gave us through this process. Thank you Alice and the Orr Law Office for fighting with us.
Terrible, all these 5 stars can’t be real reviews. Let me start by saying when you first call, you’ll speak with Alice whose whole job is to sell you their “service” by making you feel like you are in good hands. They also “offer” not just going to court for you but as well as helping you go to a DMV hearing which they never did for me. Once you spend $$$$$ you pretty much got burnt at least in my case. They hardly ever return phone calls, hardly return emails if at all, I had put together several letters and proof of working hard to give to the judge and D.A for mitigation but the Orr Law firm failed to get it to the judge and D.A. During my sentence I feel like I was poorly represented by someone who was not invested in my case and afterwards I had so many questions and was told to just call and I still have not received any phone calls back. I don’t think once my case was taken seriously once. —Before they respond with “we have no records of you being our client, I will also add I am a respectful public figure and do not want to go advertising that I had to hire a DUI lawyer just to lose $$$$$”
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ well-deserved stars, and here are 5 specific reasons why: 1) After I got my DUI I immediately started researching the best law firms that handle DUI’s. Orr was the only highly-rated one I found that actually specialized in DUI’s, all the others had some experience in DUI’s but it wasn’t their specialty. 2) All the other high-end law firms were only willing to spend 5-10 minutes on the phone with me. If I wanted more of their time I had to pay for it, which was $400-500/hour. In contrast, Alice at the Orr firm spent almost a full hour on the phone with me. First she listened to my account of my incident. Next she explained in detail what I should expect going forward with the DMV and court case. Then she told me step–by-step what I need to proactively start doing to give myself the best shot at a favorable outcome with the court. 3) As I mentioned, the other top law firms I contacted charged between $400-500/hour. The Orr firm charges a flat fee. This gave me peace of mind because I’ve had experiences in the past with lawyers who manufacture reasons to rack up more hours than needed. I suppose there’s a chance that you could save money with an hourly attorney if they don’t end up spending much time on your case, but my case dragged out for 6 months with multiple court appearances, so I was very happy I paid a flat fee. 4) Alice actually emailed me the contact info of 2 other trusted DUI lawyers and encouraged me to call them for a consultation before I decide which firm to hire. Not many businesses tell you to check out their competitors before making a decision. 5) In my 5-Star review the 5th star was earned by Mr. Orr himself. He was able to get my DUI lowered to a DWAI, which is truly a miracle and unheard of when your blood alcohol level was as high as mine. Thank you so much Alice, Amanda, Reid, and Mr. Orr.
