Called to inquire about a 15 day old case & was told I would receive a call back in 3 days – a week later, received a letter in the mail stating “I regret to inform you we will not be able to represent you” which went on discussing statue of limitations being a year. Basically, this firm wasted a week & didn’t follow thru as originally promised. Thinking I dodged a lot of nonsense !
