There is an attorney in this office named Ethan Wood. Do not use this attorney. He has lied to us. This man is unethical and unprofessional. Stay very very clear of Ethan Wood. Wood told us certain trees would be removed so these limbs (see picture) would not be a risk to our lives and our home, and especially small children. WOOD NEVER (after nearly 4 years) FULFILLED HIS COMMITMENT. HE IS A LYING ATTORNEY. DO NOT USE HIM! Mr. Wood has even gone to the extent of withholding and suppressing pictures of fallen limbs and stems from going to an arborist professional when the arborist professional has stated to Wood the #1 major concern here is falling limbs and stems – because the trees are close to homes and humans! Wood is knowingly placing humans and property at great risk by withholding information from the arborist! Mr. Wood was “coached” on his suppression of the pictures by a retired career Certified Safety Professional – Mr. Kennith D Brock. We have communicated Ethan Wood’s dishonesty with a Mr. Robert A. Dietz of the same firm, as we believe Mr. Dietz is an owner of the firm. We have no response from Mr. Dietz. We now believe Mr. Dietz is complicit with Ethan Wood’s corruption and dishonesty. I would stay far clear of this law firm. I would not do business with them. They are dishonest and they lie! Likely, we will send a copy of Mr. Wood’s commitment letter to the Belknap County judges. The judges need to see the dishonesty. We even offered to help Wood ($$$) pay for a portion of the cost to remove the trees because they are a documented threat by an arborist. Wood would rather support his lie to us! Ethan Wood is a corrupt extremely dishonest attorney. Wood, at the request of a career Certified Safety Professional is tampering with and obstructing evidence that could kill someone. Based on a letter we have from Wood, this man is as corrupt and dishonest as you could possibly get! Strongly recommend staying clear of this law firm! We believe Ethan Wood’s motive is MURDER! We were not sure about the differences between Wills and trusts.
