The lady to answer the phone is very rude !! This law firm basically tells you if your not rich don’t even bother contacting them! I called just to see how much it would cost and who ever I talked to was a jerk !try to make you feel like you can count on them on their page and when you talk to them so judgmental and not tryna hear your side and treat you like your not worth their time if your not rich !

*Update* – When we continued to request a refund they asked us not to contact them any further. Basically they took $32,500.00 from us then dropped us when we questioned the cost when the case didn’t go to court and the DA dropped it. Nowhere on this planet does representation cost $32,500 for a dropped case which wasn’t even the result of any efforts by this firm. If I were you I wouldn’t trust them with your funds, there are other lawyers who will treat you right. In our experience we were left feeling robbed and victimized by this firm. They took our money and kept it even when the case wasn’t pursued. They wouldn’t even give us any invoice explaining the charges. Beware. **Response Update at Bottom** Click “More” KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING: Be sure to understand that in the event that the state doesn’t pursue charges the attorneys will keep the money you paid even if it was intended for them to take it to trial and there wasn’t one. Don’t sign any document mentioning a “flat fee”. Make sure your documents include language allowing for the return of monies paid if the case doesn’t make it to a certain point. In my experience they kept $32,500 and claim that the two court appearances they showed up for earned them that fee. Although they did return $25,000 of the $57,500 paid I still feel that $32,500 is far too much for the two routine court appearances made totaling less than two hours. I’m sure you’ll see a response below from them defending their point of view on it but just remember to not be hasty in signing anything because you are scared, don’t become a victim of this law firm. **Response** We actually chose not to dispute the charge as we don’t want to affect our great relationship with our creditor but appreciate the thought that you could somehow use that factor to redeem your good standing in this review. Had we been told that two hearings would be $32,500 we would have not enlisted your firm. Also, please don’t try and take credit for something in its entirety. We actually know why the case was dropped and it wasn’t entirely the result of something performed by this firm. Certainly not to the tune of $32,500. We do appreciate the partial refund but we don’t feel that your firm earned $32,500. We feel that $7,500 is more than fair and would prefer to be refunded the other part of the fee.
