0.5 out of 5 stars Michael Gill I hired Mr Moulton to represent me in a Custody/Child support modification in April 2019. In 8 months he only called me twice about my case. He charges by the hour and would charge me for conversations related to PERSONAL issues. Kept me in his office yacking about his life etc-and then CHARGED ME FOR IT.Also charged me for speaking to my ex (Who was the defendant) About her personal life and the rabbits she was raising-THEN CHARGED ME FOR IT.Had to idea what was going on with my case. Misplaced paperwork-emails you name it! I had to constantly remind him of conversations we had because he couldn’t remember. When i would reach out to him regarding the status of my case because I had not heard from him-HE WOULD CHARGE ME FOR IT. Was supposed to look into something else for me in regards to my INITIAL case with my ex-and told me he wasn’t sure how to do it-and that he would get back to me. That was 30 days ago! I ended up firing him today-and retained new counsel. If you do hire him-make sure you keep track on the time you spend talking to him about your case because he will charge you for any other time spent talking no matter what its about! I also found out today-that he had his license suspended in MN as well as WI in 1996 and 2010
