I would not hire Brian Miller again under any circumstances. He wasted my time, my money, and ultimately left me in a significantly worse legal position than when I retained him.

He missed critical deadlines, failed to act on serious evidence I provided, and seemed more interested in protecting certain individuals than advocating for my rights. Important decisions were made without my consent, and communication was vague or evasive when it mattered most.

He spent 6 hours total in a month working on my case when the statute of limitations was near. I was under the impression he had worked 40 hours at least. I thought I was hiring a bulldog but he tried to dog walk me. Grievance filed.

In my experience, his professional judgment and ethics are highly questionable. I strongly recommend anyone considering his services proceed with extreme caution and keep everything in writing.

This team of lawyers are the best in the world! If you feel like you are David in a David vs Goliath situation, this is the team to have representing you. Watching them do there thing against big money lawyers and put them in there place was amazing to witness. I like physical things, so to compare was like watching Mike Tyson absolutely destroy a much bigger opponent. And the fear he even created in much bigger opponents, they too created fear in opposing side team of lawyers�. definitely definitely definitely recommend this team of lawyers�.
