My Mother died Nov. 18, 2014 due to medical malpractice at Summa health Center (City Hospital) In Akron and Howard Mishkind took the case. About a year into the Case he backed out after getting all the information. Please help because it was clear that the surgeon made a critical mistake resulting in her death.
