This firm was extremely rude to me while I was discussing my case. The intake specialist repeatedly cut me off during my answering of questions and did not even get the full story. When she called me back to tell them my case would not be taken there was no reason why. Avoid this firm at all costs
These attorneys were not my attorneys they were actually lemonade insurance attorneys. After lemonade messed me around for 4 or 5 months I finally got contacted by this law firm they wanted me to do a video interview and then they stopped contacting me at all and just blew off my claim. So realize that if you hire these people they’re probably working for the other side too. And now that I know they’re full firm name instead of just their paralegals name I can file with the state board. It’s been over a year since my insurance claim and still nothing no denial just nothing. And it’s because of these attorneys.
I have wanted to write this for a long time, but could not figure out how exactly to say it all in a concise fashion, but with the full, honest facts. So I realized I will write it as best I can. Let me begin by saying the best asset about the firm, though there is 2 firms they really operate in many ways as one. Their disability section and in particular attorney J Driskill is by far their best asset. He knows his stuff and prepares his clients very well. I was in a near fatal car accident in 2017 where a woman blatantly ran a red light at 65 mph and slammed into me and I hired this firm from my hospital bed. They only thing they did well was reduce my hospital bill and get a fairly quick settlement–less than 1 year. Other than that, I would not recommend them. 1. My attorney, Warren had a lot of other cases & I was by no means his priority. 2. He did not prepare me well for my deposition–I was never in a lawsuit prior & he assumed a lot.3. He let the woman who I was suing attend my deposition and when I questioned it was told she was allowed to attend. Years later I found out that was a lie and she should not have been able to be in the room, so my attorney was fairly green. 4. This whole case rested on what was said on her cell phone as she slammed into me as she was not only on her phone, but texting as well. I asked about 4 times to make sure the cell phone records were provided at deposition time. My attorney never got them. He made excuses as to why he could not get them. That was a huge shocker as I asked for these. I was paying this firm very good money. Not the other way around.I had permanent injuries and the woman who slammed into me t-bone style kept lying and to this day never told the truth. The cell phone records would have proved a lot. She did not want them submitted for a reason. But this attorney at this firm did nothing to get them. 5. Furthermore I asked my attorney for the black box from my car and again was told he would look into that and did not provide this info either. For this firm doing very little they walked away with $300K and because this attorney did not do their job though I got about million my huge hospital bill and rehab bill had to be paid out of the settlement. The attorney was only concerned with the money and what they could get. 6 . At my mediation, the my attorney & the owner, Clay persuaded me to not go to court. I was totally broke and they knew that and plus if we went to court they felt they might not get any $, but we had a good case and guess what attorneys, do your job and the results would speak for themselves. As I look back on it, I wish I would have went to court to make that women pay and for the “real truth” to come out. I would never use them again and I struggle each day because of the injustice that was served. I do not even think my attorney believed that I did not cause the accident which makes me sick to this day. Do yourself a favor and go with another more reputable and more hardworking firm who truly cares about their clients and finding out the “real” answers and truth. The nerve of you to respond as you did and you were my attorneys. The man who said I ran the ran light admitted to not even seeing the accident because I called him after my whole lawsuit was done. So how was he even used as a witnesses is far beyond me. Please also do not lie about having cell phone records because both you and wonderful Warren sat at my mediation and had no records. You were only there at the mediation on not involved in the proceedings until then to know what Warren did not do. The accident reenactment clearly showed I did not run the light from where the vehicle ended up and where my injuries were. Had Warren got into the meat of the lawsuit and pried to get the cell phones you would have seen why she lied.
