Benjamin Currier (attorney) and Hank Leigh (paralegal) from Miller & Steiert advised me when I sought to terminate early a lease agreement due to problems that I noticed in the property I was renting at that time and also due to communication problems I had with the landlord of that property. They told me what I should be careful with, whether terminating the lease early under the conditions at that time was a good idea or not, and eventually Benjamin reviewed the lease termination agreement that was drafted. They did truly a fantastic job and Benjamin’s advice was extremely helpful. In the end I was able to get out of the lease agreement without any problem and move on. I’m really glad I went with Benjamin Currier and Hank Leigh for this tenant-landlord matter.
