Didn’t do what was asked and then got mad when I told him something

Hired Conrad in 2020, highly recommend him as representation. Not only for the affordable price, but for being very professional and helpful especially during the pandemic.

I reached out to this law firm, particularly Conrad Miller to help me with my sons adoption case. Overall it was not a bad experience. Once the court hearing was over however it was a process to get the legal documents needed to finalize the adoption on my end. It took me almost 2 months post the court hearing to get the documents I was asking for after countless emails to Mr. Miller. Affordable service, but extremely poor communication at the end of the service. This was after $1,000.00 was spent on service, so you can understand why I was so nervous and pushing to get a response back. Just keep the email threads moving, and keep the replies going. I paid for a service and I expect a reply to be sent within a reasonable time frame. A reasonable time frame being 1-2 days max, not weeks at a time requiring for another email to be sent from the customers end.
