GREAT ATTORNEYS! I hired Miller & James to review my case in November of 2016 for $5,000. I work in the courts and see attorneys every day. I could tell David had what it took to win. He was a commander in Viet Nam and you can see it in his style. I was concerned at first because I did not hear from them much. But later I realized it takes time to review all the documents, find a willing expert, etc. (it took about 8 months for my case). Things definitely changed when we began prepping for arbitration. David now called me twice a week. There were times I would call David in tears, and he would pull me through. He was always patient and kind. It said a lot about his character that the letterhead trial attorney would take time for me.

Weak & lazy. Want your retainer and nothing else. Sloppy and slow work. Horrid communication. Thieves. Can’t wait until I hear about their retirement and passing.

After they took the case and 8000 for a malpractice case and found a doctor witness who agreed that there was negligence, which has left me with a life condition from SHARP. They want more money and refused to give me the performing experts info, so I could pursue another attorney. I am left with a disability and they took what they could and now its black mail me for more money and like being held hostage. This is not what I was initially told when I began this process. They filled wrong and it was delayed for years now. I paid enough and now they ask for and hourly funds. Criminal if you ask me! Watch out! I could go on and on, but take a look at YELP, then you will get the real stories. I guess this was all reviews from their friends? Beware!
