Was a slow process because of the insurance company. They did a great job for me and got a good settlement! Better than I was expecting.
When I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle in Nov, of 2021, I learned that having a lawyer would be important to making sure all of my expenses would be compensated by the driver’s insurance. They were exceedingly thorough and kept me informed about every step they were taking and they did an excellent job of setting our expectations. The final settlement was better than we expected; both in the payment from the insurance companies and a negotiated reduction of the subrogation lien from my health insurance.
