If I could give this person less than one star I would. Do NOT use him at all. He is very rude, not knowledgeable and demanded i keep reaching out to him about my case and trying to have a conversation with him and he will not talk to me please don’t use him he threw a paper at me today at court and is very rude to me and my wife for no reason but I’m only seeing Color people complain about him it’s very disrespectful I wish I could get alone with people like him but I feel like he doesn’t like me because my Color

if MERCHANT is your attorney just go head and get a new one!!!!! Rude and unprofessional, won’t fight for your case , doesn’t reach out and after trying to contact him and sending him emails explaining what you need he will respond very rude and act as he doesn’t know what are you talking about to the point were he insults you.

I see several people feel the same way I feel about Feroz. He is very rude and disrespectful. He don’t return calls. When you talk to him he won’t answer your questions until you say yes to him. The girls at his office who answer the phone act like they dumb. There is one nice lady who answers the phone but didn’t get her name but she sounds like an older woman. What Lawyer tells an incarcerated person write me I don’t do phone calls? Then you write him and call to see if he has the letter he don’t even respond back. He don’t fight for you in court and he don’t reach out to you concerning your case. If he is your court appointed Lawyer request a new one ASAP!
