The first time I had an issue the attorney got back to me right away and was super nice. Fast forward 6 months later- I’ve been trying to reach him again for 2+ weeks now and cannot get so much as a call back. I have called and left messages with the paralegal and the attorney himself multiple times. I realize I’m not a big dollar corporate account but to not call somebody back who needs help is really poor.
