Here is my terrible experience, I got into a 4 car accident, their nephew came up to my and said hey …my mom got everything on her camera so call my uncle and we will take care of everything while I was in shock and vulnerable because it was a hit and run. I felt taken advantage of because they definitely did not have any footage and the nephew stopped responding to my texts about the video footage after I signed the contract. My case manager changed about 4 times and they kept telling me to continue at chiropractor instead of my physician even after I found out I had a spinal tear. And then when we were going to close the case, they questioned why i stayed at the chiropractor for so long, because bill was higher than expected. I kept asking for a specialist to talk to about the tear but they didn’t care about me. The consultation was never set up even after months of asking. Its Just about the money. I finally went to see my doctor when this was all over and got the care I needed. I hope this story helps you make better decisions. If you have car insurance, you have medical insurance, and you have access to free legal advise (like my workplace did) just go talk to them. That’s what I should’ve done instead.
