McSweeney law firm accepted my hernia mesh case in 2017. They said I had a good case, I have had four hernia surgeries and two bowel obstructions, one requiring surgery and 21 days in hospital. After the settlement was reached in Oct. 2024 they said the Bard Phasix mesh used was not included in the final consideration. Because I could not have my mesh removed because of too much scar tissue per my surgeon I did not qualify. Attorney Rachael was very unprofessional to work with and I finally told her to close my case in Jan. 2025. I am very disappointed that I chose this law firm to represent me. They are dishonest and rude to work with, only looking to make the most money they can. Never again would I retain them for anything, NEVER!!!

I take back what i said about McSweeny/Langevin .Cant believe some of the reviews you read. They are doing a great job on my case.I guess you. Cant expect things to happen overnight.
