I am exceptionally happy with my experience with McGill & Noble Law Firm. I made the mistake of going with a different law firm for my initial disability claim. I was notified by the law firm that the were no longer doing SSD cases, and could not represent me on the appeal. Needless to say, it became obvious I needed a law firm that would go all the way through the process. This was a huge lesson learned, which is to ask the potential law firm if they will represent you on appeals. Most say they do, but few will. I was incredibly thankful Ms. McGill decided to take my case after another law firm represented me. During my initial call with Ms. McGill, I knew immediately that she would be able to competently represent me in this claim. Not only that she knew exactly what needed to be done. Although it has taken some time to settle my case I am happy to say things were successful. My only mistake is that I did not go with Ms. McGill sooner. For those of you in the unfortunate position requiring you to apply for any type of benefits don’t be fooled by slick commercials, billboards, or websites. I am not sure why I didn’t select McGill & Nobles initially. I truly believe had I went with them first it would not have taken as long as it did to settle my claim. In addition to Ms. McGill, her legal assistant, Caitlin, is amazing. She’s always prompt to answer questions. I would without hesitation recommend this law firm to anyone seeking representation for Veteran or Social Security Disability.
