As a legal professional for more than 30 years, I have become intimately knowledgeable about the practice of law. When I found it necessary to retain a law firm to represent me in my personal capacity, I chose Mastando & Artrip as my attorneys. I did this because, in my opinion, Eric Artrip and his law firm understood the necessity of projecting a professional image while competently executing their legal and ethical obligations. From time to time, I have referred Alabama clients to this law firm for cases I did not handle, with outstanding results. Beyond the professional image and knowledgable approach, one can expect to be treated courteously and as a human being when represented by Mastando & Artrip. Do not be confused by my granting four of five possible stars in the rating. The missing star is to provide incentive for M & A to keep getting better and better, so that eventually they become the second best law firm in the nation. LOL . The initial review (4 stars) was given a few years ago. more recently, I have had occasion to refer a potential class action employment lawsuit to this firm. Unfortunately, after leaving several messages, I never received a callback from the firm. All law firms get busy, but unreturned phone calls is the most egregious put off. Unfortunately, it also put me in an unfavorable light, since I had to inform the potential lead plaintiff that the firm I was referring him to did not even return my phone call. What signal does this send to a potential client? Still, the cases I have allowed the firm to handle for me in the past , particularly with Attorney Eric Artrip, have generally turned out favorably. Having said the foregoing, I now reduce my rating of the firm to three stars and challenge them to continue to reach for five stars.
Mastanado & Artip represented me after I was hit by car while riding my bike. Tony and his Team provided outstanding service by allowing me to recover while they took care of my claim. I couldn’t imagine trying to do the claim on my own. Highly recommend this TEAM!
