Mary Alexander Law Firm has been a blessing & advocate for us representing my family after the Santa Rosa Tubbs Fire in Oct. 2017. Never being a part of a class action type lawsuit, I was in totally unfamiliar territory. They advised what, when, how information should flow in keeping up with the requests from the Fire Exchange. They made the process as seamless as possible – considering the documentation requirements seemed to be a moving target. They exhibited the utmost professionalism, empathy & wonderful “hand-holding”, keeping me appraised of status changes & issues.
