I contacted Marcus Vaden Law firm regarding a life insurance claim for my husband. I had a group life insurance policy through my employer. My case was complicated, with my place of employment shutting the doors, so I was no longer an employee and they claimed they couldn’t find me. My husband also passed 2 days before the policy was no longer active. Of course, the insurance company said they couldn’t process the claim without my company transferring my information to them. The claim was over a year old by this time and I felt like I had hit a brick wall! Marcus and his staff were wonderful as they stepped in and took over my claim. They were very professional and timely with my case. Within a few months, the insurance company had made a deposit into my bank account. It couldn’t have come at a better time!
