It is rare to come across any business these days that cares about their customers/clients in a real way. I definitely didn’t expect to have this genuine feeling of gratitude for a law firm. Not to be dramatic but it restored my faith in humanity today.

I had my car stolen while insured with one of California’s largest automobile insurance companies. The insurance company wrongfully denied my claim and acted in bad faith, leaving me with debt, emotional distress, and massive rental car expenses. I retained Mannion & Lowe and worked with Kelly Mannion and Wesley Lowe. They were exceedingly knowledgeable about insurance practices and the law of bad faith. We sued and I was very pleased with the outcome. During the whole ordeal, Mannion & Lowe kept me posted on every detail. I always felt like I knew exactly what was going on with my case.

This law firm is responsible for me being able to retire. I had a situation where an Insurance Company wouldn’t pay my claim for a Liver Transplant. I had paid the premium for 10yrs, so I came to their office sat down & explained the situation. The next time I seen them, I was going to a arbitration hearing. Then the next time I seen them about 5 days later, I had a check for 5 times what they owed me.
