After my wife’s passing I had a sense of hopelessness. It was clear that medical malpractice was involved, but what to do? Fortunately a local attorney recommended that I contact the Maloney Law Group. What a gift. After my first meeting with Erica Maloney I had no doubt that I was in good hands. In light of COVID the process was a particularly long one, but Erica and her assistant Claudette Perez maintained regular contact and kept me informed at all times. If you are grieving the wrongful death of a loved one you need an attorney who is deeply skilled, caring and compassionate: you need the Maloney Law Group. I am so deeply grateful to them.
I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful law firm! Erica, Dennis, and Claudette were so caring and considerate towards me and my husband. From the first phone call I made when I was in tears and hysterical til our very last meeting they have been compassionate with us, explaining everything that was going on, always answering our questions and giving us updates. Claudette always answered my calls and texts and kept us in the loop. We were so traumatized because of what my husband went through, and Erica and Dennis went after the guilty ones and got us justice. They have treated us like family and I can honestly say that I’m going to miss them! I truly recommend them if you have any legal or medical malpractice. They are the VERY best!!! Top notch, Professional, Compassionate! If you want The Best, call Maloney Law Group!
You know what the bible says about lawyers? Nothing good. Maloney Law Group advertises “free initial consultation”, except contrary to what one might expect, this “free initial consultation” is not with an attorney, it’s over the phone, with a secretary named “Angel”. Isn’t that ironic, call a law office and talk to an “Angel”, I guess that’s supposed to make you feel good. So they turned down my slam dunk case of medical malpractice, and understanding what I know about lawyers, I can only imagine that they were not going to get rich off of my simple broken wrist malpractice lawsuit. But then I read a review about a lady with back problems, her case seems to be a slam dunk also.. I dunno…. Just seems like a free initial consultation should be with a lawyer, at least a junior lawyer. I just wonder how much of my information got lost “in translation”???
